My bad! These past few weeks have been super-busy. The Cupertino market is really hopping and we have a great inventory of homes to keep up with. Buyers are out there and it's peak shopping season!

Back in February I wrote about a letter I (and many others) received offering to "adjust" property taxes on current property values for a small fee …. with a $30 late fee imposed if the person replied after XX date.
